About

Mechanical design engineer at Tesla with hands-on experience in tolerance analysis, GD&T, and DFM across injection-molded and sheet-metal components. I’ve designed products from precision-critical medical devices to industrial-scale energy storage systems.

At Tesla I work on locating strategy and tolerance coordination for next-generation energy products, using variation analysis in 3DEXPERIENCE and releasing ASME Y14.5 drawings. Before that I interned in Fremont on Model 3 bumper build, storage, and paint tooling, and spent a year at Boston Scientific on cardiovascular device prototyping and FDA validation.

Earlier: four months at Canadian Nuclear Laboratories, McMaster Baja SAE (business lead and drivetrain), and Medical Makers ostomy prototypes for clinics in Nigeria and Uganda.
